Ron Artest was traded to the Houston Rockets today, for Bobby Jackson (who arrives with a $6.1 million expiring contract) and the draft rights to Donte Greene. Houston will now become a major title-contender. "I couldn't be more happy," McGrady said, according to KRIV. "Pleased at how the organization is trying to improve this team, get the help that Yao and myself really need to really get to where we want to be and that's one of the elite teams in this league.

"If this is true, this is definitely what I have been waiting on for 11 years in my career, for a team to really improve and put the talent [on the floor] that I feel that we can compete with the best."

The Houston Rockets line up will look great, with the additon of Ron Artest right now, this is what it will look like:

1. Alston

2. McGrady

3. Battier

4. Artest

5. Yao

That looks like a powerful line up. I will be very happy when the NBA starts this coming up season a lot of things happen this off-seaon, so it will be great can't wait.

Aaron Rodgers will be there man, that is what Ted Thompson reported today. Brett Farve also said he would get Ted Thompson couple of days to think about whats going to happen with him. Ted is trying to trade Brett Farve, the Packers don't want to release him. But Brett possibly could be on the bench for couple of days, until Ted finds a team that is interested in the legend Brett Farve.

Ryan Grant on Monday didn't show up to camp, he is still a restricted free-agent. Ted Thompson believe Grant is a up coming super star, so Ted is hoping Grant can show up to camp and see is they can talk about a contract.

Dallas Cowboys have cut Terry Glenn today, this was very unexpected. Terry Glenn played 5 years in Dallas and he was 2nd string behind KeyShawn Johnson for couple of years then he was 2nd string again when KeyShawn left and Cowboys got Terrell Owens. Terrell was very shocked that Terry Glen got waived, Terrell said he hopes he has a good career where ever he goes. I don't really seen any places right now where he might go, he could go to Miami with Bill Parcells again. Terry did good stuff when Bill was there so look for something to happen around there.

Patrick Crayton and Miles Austin and Sam Hurd will have to step up, they will battle it out and see who the true 2nd string is, Patrick will probably end up with it cause he is older but, I truly think that Sam should get it becasue he is more atheltic and faster. But who ever get that 2nd spot better step up big time, because Terrell Owens can't do everything by him self.

I also think Dallas should have drafted a wide-out in the draft so we know we have a promising young wide-out coming up for us to play when Terrell Owens decides to call it quits. All I know we better draft a wide-out next year because I'm getting tired of Jerry Jones not drafting the key elements we need to become a better football team.

The Golden State Warriors rapped up their man for a long-term deal. Monta Ellis will be the franchise player for the Golden State Warriors with out a doubt. He is only 22 years old and is getting paid the big bucks. Monta Ellis so far is having a promising career with the Golden State Warriors. Golden State Warriors also got a good free-agent key player from the Los Angeles Clippers in Corey Maggette.

And also early today the Golden Stat Warriors announced that Kelenna Azubuike will be returning they matched the Clippers offer of $9 million dollars.

The Green Bay Packers are looking to trade Brett Favre! To be honest if I was a GM of an NFL team I wouldn't want him, think about it he could probably retire next season again. Which that means you would have to go out and send money looking to rebuild and trying to get that good decent quarterback, to be the leader of your franchise.

We all know Brett Favre can't be that man, cause he has just maybe two good years left in him to play football. So if I was a GM of an NFL team I know I don't want him, cause I won't trade nothing. I can't even see a team right now that wants to taking him, I mean Miami needs a quaterback but they will probably go with Chad Henne, and Atalanta just gave Matt Ryan $70+ Million dollar contract we already know that Matt Ryan is going to be their starter.

I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens in the next couple of days, but I doubt any team will go for him, if they do make sure to check back in, because it will be breaking news.

So I was check out the NFL official website and I saw a breaking news topic, that Jeremy Shockey, has been traded to the New Orleans Saints for a second and a fifth-round draft pick in 2009. I think the Saints win this one because they just added another key piece element to there game and Jeremy Shockey will make them stronger offensively. If Jeremy Shockey can keep his head straight the Saints will do great, Drew Brees will love this.

Drew Brees get a football player who can catch the rock in the middle and when he is on the run. I think the New Orleans Saints will do great this season coming up, they will probably win their division now since they add Jeremy Shockey.

Jeremy Shockey has shown in the past when he is happy the team does well, do to because he is performing so well, I can't wait for the NFL season to start so I can check out all the teams and see, how they are functioning. I think this makes the Saints top 5 best in the NFC right now since they just trade for Jeremy Shockey.

Now in the future this might make the Giants better, they can draft extra players and those players they draft could turn out to be great and the players could have been a part of the New Orleans Saints, so that could hurt the Saints in the long run, but I think Saints right now benefit the most from this deal. Great move and good luck to both teams.

Couple of hours ago Jason Taylor was trade to the Washington Redskins. I think Washington Redskins won this trade, Jason Taylor is a great defensive player and will team up with Andre Carter so that duo should be great. Washington traded second-round pick in 2009 and a sixth-rounder in 2010 to acqurie Jason Trade, to me that sounds great. And if I was a Redskin fan, boy I would be happy to get him cause he is going to help Washington a lot.

But I still see the Washington Redskins finishing 3rd or 4th in this division their quarterback position isn't elite yet, so we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Tracy McGrady has no problem being trade in his eyes he can't lose where ever he goes. He is fine in Huston or in Detroit. Detroit would send Billups and Prince to Huston for Tracy McGrady. Now if you take a close look, Huston would like this idea they would get a true starting point guard in Billups and there line up would look good. Rumor

McGrady has said he will not be demanding a trade from Huston, all he wants is a NBA ring and he knows he can get it in Huston playing with Yao. But if Tracy goes to Detroit he knows he can win a ring there also, he will be lined up with Rip Hamilton, Rasheed, McDyse and Stuckey.

This is what Hustons line up can look like if they do get Billups and Prince:

1. Billups
2. Alston or Head
3. Prince
4. Battier
5. Yao

Now this is what Detroits line up could look like if they get Tracy:

1. Stuckey
2. Hamilton
3. McGrady
4. Wallace
5. McDyse

If this did happen, I think Detroit would win the trade. Look at there starting 5 they are loaded with talent. They sure would probably even be better then Boston, if they did end up getting Tracy. All I can say we will have to wait and see what happens in couple of days.

Alright I was on BBC.com looking at the European news and something caught my eye, it said that Chelsea is willing to offer AC Milan 50million pounds for Kaka. I think this is a desperate move by Chelsea since they probably won't even finish 3rd in next years English league standings, and you're probably saying "are you crazy Asmir" no I'm not, I'm just letting you know and face the facts out there. Think about it Chelsea is willing to sell Drogba, and Lampard will be probably leaving off to Inter Milan and they are losing two of their best players.

If I was a Chelsea fan right now I would take anyone that is a decent footballer so we can just keep up with Manchester United. Now back to Kaka rumor, to tell all of you Chelsea supports right now, AC Milan won't sell Kaka for all your money, why Kaka is the heart and soul of that club. He is the reason why they won the Champions League in 2007, think about it if they didn't have Kaka they won't even make it to the quoter-finals. And Kaka has a contract through out 2012, he is on a lock to stay at AC Milan and no one can buy him.

I really truly believe that Kaka will be staying in AC Milan and won't be going nowhere. If he does go it will be for a lot of money and you can be sure to come in here again and check it out. But if he does go it will be interesting seeing Kaka in Chelsea but Manchester United will still probably end up winning the English League, for the 3rd time. We will just have to wait and see what happens next with this rumor.

University of Texas has retired the numbers of Vince Young (number 10) and Kevin Durant (number 35) from there school. So this start making me think, I can understand why you would retire Vince Young's number the guy won only lost 2 games in this college career and he was in college for 3 years. And Vince also never lost a bowl game and never lost in the Rose Bowl game, he even knows records in NCAA and holds records in the Rose Bowl game, he is the only quarterback that threw for 260+ yards and ran for 200 yards in the Rose Bowl game no other QB did that and he also scored 3 rushing touchdowns that game.

He holds so many quarterback records in college that it's just insane to type them down. Vince Young deserves this with out a doubt.

But the thing that is bugging me is why Kevin Durant? He only stayed in Texas for 1 year, yes he had a great freshman year but guess what, Michael Beasley topped it next year. Beasley did way more and scored more and took his team deeper in to the tournament, which Kevin Durant didn't do, he only took them to the 2nd round and they got knocked out. So the only reason why I see Kevin Durant got this is because of his great freshman year and what he did, and he is just another name that needs to get great honors like this but, at the end people will realize and see that he shouldn't really get this honor.

Ronaldo will be staying in Manchester. Manchester United won't sell him to Real Madrid that is what Sir Alex Ferguson said to the world. If Real Madrid wants to get Cristiano Ronaldo tey will have to wait 3 years when his contract is up. This is good news to Manchester United fans, because with out Cristiano they probably won't even have finished in the top 4 in there league. Cristiano had 42 goals in 47 games, we all saw this pervious year what Cristano is made up.

He is in the running for the worlds best footballer, and he probably will win the award in a landslide since no one in the world came even close to Cristiano Ronaldos stats. I must say I'm looking forward to the next season so I can see if Ronaldo can pass 50 goals in one season (I think he can).

A lot of English teams hate playing Manchester United, because of Cristiano Ronaldo and the players they got, Manchester United's middle feild is loaded with talent, from Ronaldo to Giggs, Nani, Anderson, Carrick, Scholes, the team is deadly defensively also. They have Rio, Vidic, Brown, Nevill they are loaded and their strikers are just flat out scary to face, with Rooney and Tevez leading the way and off the bench Saha. This Manchester United team looks great and they won the English league and the European Champions League.

James Posey will be heading back to the West, next season he will be playing for the New Orleans Hornets. His contract is worth 4 years and 25million dollars, I personally think that is quite a lot of money for him since he is getting older and will be slowing down.

But the Hornets did pick up a great player to come off the bench and give them points and also help out a lot on defense. Posey could be the best 6th man in the NBA right now, what he did for the Celtics all season long was just great and he even step up big in the playoffs. If the Celtics didn't have him come off the bench the Lakers could have possibly won that thropy. With Posey added New Orleans Hornets will probably end up winning the Western Confrance with out a doubt they came last year close but the Lakers at the end were just clutch and they won.

I don't know yet what the starting line-up for the New Orelands Hornets will be, but I'm pretty sure it will probably stay the same and make Posey be there 6th man, or he could even start he is good enough to start. We will just have to wait and see what happens, when the season starts.

I was at Football camp for 4 days. And I'm very happy to be back, I think everyone hated being there at the camp because it was so strict and we had to be at sort places on time and that was kind of annoying. Everyone at camp was extremely tired, if you weren't tired then you didn't do nothing at camp and you just wasted your money.

But enough talk about football camp, I'm back right now to blog more about sports. Hope you guys still read my small articles.

According to Inter Milan, it is down to Frank Lampard whether if he leaves Chelsea to Inter Milan. It is said that Chelsea will not seal Lampard but his contract is up so he can do whatever he would like to do, we don't know how much money is being offered to Lampard but they are saying it is enough for him to sign the contract so that means he could be possible playing for Inter Milan next season and in about a week or so we can find out the future of Frank Lampard if he leave Chelsea or not.

I'm guessing that he will be leaving Chelsea for Inter, and this will hurt Chelsea next season because they are trying to keep up with Manchester United and they will lose one of their best players this off-season. But this is also Chelseas fault they should have extended his contract last year or the year before, so they don't have to be in this mess right now.

Adding Frank Lampard to Inter will make them a top 5 club in the world with out a doubt they are strong right now but adding a good middle fielder like Frank Lampard to your team, that means just one thing this team is serious about winning the Serias A league again and going all the way in the UEFA European Champions League. It will be interesting to watch football next season.

Brett is coming back, but if he does come back he probably won't be playing for the Green Bay Packers, he asked for a release! Yes I said release he doesn't want to come back to Green Bay, but in my opinion Packers organization will do anything to keep him. In about 48 hours we will find out what Brett Favre future is.

Right now I'm just thinking about the Green Bay fans, what they had with Brett Favre they will never have with another quarterback. The Packer fans made billboards and businesses made posters ask for Brett Favre to come back from retirement, but now he is asking for a release from Green Bay. Brett still has a 3 years and 93 million dollars left in his current contract, so he has the money to stay, I just don't know why he wants to leave.

Media said it is the Green Bay organizations fault, they forced his to leave that is what they are saying. We will just have to wait 48 hours and see what else happens.

Derrick Rose summer league session is over, he has tendinitis in his knee. Once he goes back to Chicago he will get an MRI and he will sit out the whole summer league and the Bulls will put him on a weight lifting program try to improve his strength on his legs and knees. Rose played with this problem in Memphis his coach was telling him to sit out but he didn't want to so he just kept playing.

Rose will start in the first game on the official season, so there is nothing to worry about you Chicago Bulls fans.

On Monday Elton Brand officially became a Philadelphia 76er, Philadelphia signed him to a 5 year contract worth whooping $82million dollars. Elton Brand is 29 years old, he become a star in Los Angeles playing for the LA Clippers, he played for them since 2001 through out 2008. He was the 1st overall pick in 1999, drafted by Chicago Bulls and played 2 successful season with them and he also won rookie of the year then later after that he got trade to LA for Brian Skinner and the draft pick to draft Tyson Chandler.

Elton Brand, since 1999 only made the All-Star team 2 times in 2002 and 2006, and we all know this coming up year Elton Brand is definatly make the All-Stars, because the East is much weaker confrance then the West. Anyways Elton Brand is a force in the low post game and can beat you anyway he chooses to, he can out muscle you all day. Now lets see what the Philadelphia 76ers has, they have Samuel Dalembert who avg. 2.3 blocks last season, him and Elton will make a great duo that will make teams pay big time.

Philadelphia is going to have a bright future they drafted the big man Marreese Speights 6'10" 245 pounds only 20 years of age, he has a lot of potential and he has great vets who can help him become the best player he can be, I'm looking forward seeing the Philadelphia Sixers play next season, it should be very interesting to watch.
